And as you may know, Carlos won’t be on stage with us on this tour. You can see his announcement here:
“So, I have been diagnosed with Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). I have no feeling and limited movement in my hands. This is a result of a very hectic schedule the last 6 months with us writing and recording a new album and, on top of that, keeping up with my day job. This has led to an over exhaustion of my wrists on both hands. The doctor has ordered me to rest from all work and guitar playing for 2 months. This syndrome is pretty common among a lot of musician and should be taken seriously. My hands are my livelyhood. With them I write, play and work. So this means I have to sit this tour out and stay at home and rest so that I can focus on getting healthy. On the upside a great friend of the band, Gyða Hrund Þorvaldsdóttir from Icelandic death/black metal outfit Angist, will join AGE OF WOE and fill in on this tour. She is an amazing guitar player and live persona and she will do an excellent job in making noise and kicking ass on this tour! Thank you Gyða!”
That’s all for now and keep checking back because we have a lot of cool stuff in the pipeline. Over and out!
